Your Anthem Synched in a T.J.Maxx Ad Campaign
- Submit a powerful track to be used in digital, video, TV, or radio advertising for T.J.Maxx
- Lyrics should include the following themes: a Women’s life, female empowerment, or a woman’s experience
- The track should be compelling and relevant with uplifting, positive energy as well as a catchy beat and melody
- The lyrics should be strong, inspirational, and empowering
- The submitted track must be a minimum of 60 seconds in length
- Use this song as inspiration
Deal Terms
- Only one (1) song will be selected for use in the T.J.Maxx advertising campaign
- Compensation for the one selected ReverbNation artist will be an all-in payment of approximately $20,000 to $25,000 (fees to cover all talent fees, studio fees, and an exclusive license to the master)
- The Publisher’s Share will be owned by Grey but the selected artist will retain the Writer’s Share
- Artist must enter into a written license with Grey
- Artist must own 100% of the rights to all submitted material
- No covers and no third party samples are permitted
- By submitting you represent and warrant that you own or control all necessary rights in and to all content submitted
